Why aren’t my downloaded playlists playing nothing

I’m on a family premium plan where I have downloaded one playlist full of my favorite songs about 500 songs. This evening when I came home I noticed that my songs weren’t playing when I was in airplane mode so I went to the in app settings to see if it would fix things it did not, I have tried re-downloading I have logged in and out of my account, I have turned off my phone and none of this is helping, the weirdest part is that 3/4 of playlist won’t play while 3-4 songs will play with no problem in air plane mode and when I’m on 4g or on wifi all the songs play without problem. Please help me if you can. Thank you in advance.

Thanks for the post.


It's best if you do a clean reinstall of the app, following this process, as it includes a guide on how to clear your app cache and data, which might be corrupted and causing this issue.


After that is done, make sure that you have enough free storage space on your device or SD card. A few gigabytes at least.


When you re-download your playlists, go to the in-app settings and switch on Offline Mode and check if all of the songs play.
