Why is there not a spot to put my address on the gift card redeem website?

I went to redeem my gift card. I put in all of my other information, but there was not a spot to fill out my address. I can’t redeem my gift card with out my address.

Could you open the redeem page using an incognito window or a different browser to see if it makes any difference?

If possible, you can also give it a shot from another device. For example, if you're currently using your phone, you can give it a try from a computer.

Shouldn't that do the trick, a screenshot or video showing how things look from your end would be helpful. Just make sure it doesn't include any personal info or info related to the gift card.

Thanks for your prompt reply and for trying out our recommendations.

We understand you don't get the option to enter your address, but what error message do you get when you try to redeem your PIN/code? You can attach the picture here, you'll see the option to 'Browse files to attach' below the text box. Or if you're on a computer, you can just drag the image to attach it. Additionally, try doing the process from a different device.
