Windows 10 Phone App Failing

When I first got my phone a little while back, everything worked fine. Lately, it's a different story. Usually, it just won't load, giving the error "The audio could not be started. Please restart the application." Sometimes when it does load, it will just give a blank listing for everything you click on. I have probably a 15% success rate at opening the app. I would love to actually pay for premium and use it on the go (busses here don't have wifi) but if my app won't even start, what's the point?

same problem here with my windows 10 phone. won't load spotify as there is no audio app. all other programs play music fine except spotify. will leave it for a few days and if it continues will cancel my premium account.
