Wrong grammar in German

The error message below is wrong. Correct would be: "Beim Laden des Künstlers ist wohl etwas schief gelaufen"

In gender form "Beim Laden des*der Künstlers*in ist wohl etwas schief gelaufen" would be correct I guess.

By the way, I'd prefer "Beim Laden des/der Künstlers/in ist wohl etwas schief gelaufen"
