being able to select songs individually

we should be able to right click and have an option to "select" in desktop at least, so we can then select multiple songs to add to a playlist or to delete, etc.
because instead, as of now, you have to add/delete songs one by one or entire playlists- overkill.

other platforms have this basic feature, im surprised spotify doesn't.

Thanks for posting in the Community and welcome.

We hope you don't mind us moving your post out of the ideas section to one of our Help boards as it fits better here.

That being said, we'd like you to know that it's already possible to select more than one song from a playlist within the desktop app. On Windows, you have to press CTRL and click over all the songs you want to select. After that, you can remove them from a playlist or add them to another one. It's the same on Mac: CMD and click over all songs. You can also read more about shortcuts here.

You can also select all songs within a playlist by pressing Shift in the very last song of a playlist to select all tracks, or you can also use the shortcut CTRL+A on Windows computers. By looking for a list of shortcuts on Mac, you can find this command there as well.
