blank page when trying to link spotify to alexa

im trying to link spotify to amazon alexa, when i press on "link a new service" and choose "spotify" i get a blank page and nothing happens. I have tried updating both amazon and spotify but it did not work

Just to mention also that unlinking the accounts (and removing any associated skills), restarting phone, opening Spotify app, tapping the "link" button in the Amazon group in Settings -> Voice / App screen, it does open the page expected and finally Alexa app can see Spotify service.

Literally now on the chat with an Amazon representative, and after I was asked to logout/login, uninstall/re-install (lol) I got the message:

" I have escalated this issue to the concerned team

They will get back to you within 24 hours via Email "

i see the link is locked, not available

You have to go to the Skills and then search for Spotify, it will then prompt you to enable Spotify - SO ridiculous! Arrrgh!

Hello,

You can add Spotify to your Alexa profile by following these steps:

1. Open the Alexa app.

2. Tap More, then Settings.

3. Under Alexa Preferences, select Music & Podcasts.

4. Tap Link New Service and select Spotify.

5. Follow the on-screen instructions to complete the linking process.

Doing this gives me a blank screen. Please figure this out with Amazon.
