Currently it is not possible to get support from Spotify. It would be great if Spotify would offer support to user. Also it would be nice to be able to place content int the Spotify community. Currently that is not possible which defeats the perpose of a comunnity.

1. The Help section of the Community is dedicated entirely to helping Spotify users find solutions to any problems with the app or their accounts that they may have. You're welcome to search through it for suggestions and in case there actually isn't a post about your specific issue, then you can start your own thread to reach out. You always have the option to upload screenshots and other files to make finding a solution easier. 
2. Of course, we offer a multitude of ways to reach out to our support team for direct assistance with any number of issues. These support channels are always available and will always provide you with a helpful response quickly. You can see more about this here.
