it logged me out and now tells me my email isnt connected to an account

Randomly this morning Spotify logged me out (no one has my log in info) and now its telling me my email isnt linked to a spotify account. Bur when I try to create a new account using the same email it says its already in use. I really really really dont want to lose all my stuff but I've tried everything.Help!

If you've been logged out and can't get back to your account or register a new one, it'd be best to reach out to Customer Support that can take a look behind the scenes and help you further. You can contact them via one of the ways mentioned here.
