ive added more than 15 songs to my playlist but spotify keeps adding more random songs that are not on my playlist when i play it, it says everywhere that that will happen if you have less than 15 songs but i dont

Do you have local files in your playlist? If so, note that the app takes into account only songs from the Spotify catalogue, so you need to have 15 songs from Spotify (excluding local files) if you don't want the mobile app to add songs to your playlist.
