my payment keeps failing

I recently bought a vanilla gift card and i tried to use it to pay for my Spotify premium duo plan but it wont go in, I've tried to use it on multiple devices but it simply will not work

Our gift cards can only be used to get Premium Individual plans. You can’t use them for Premium Student, Premium Family, Premium Duo, or trial offers.

Can you start with checking the code’s characters and try different combinations? Sometimes a zero looks like an O, or a capital ‘i’ looks like a lowercase L.
