If you used to be able to view videos on the Spotify app on Sky TV, could you let us know if you noticed when this changed and if it was after something specific?

There are some troubleshooting steps that you can give a try, such as reinstalling the Spotify app which helps with different performance issues. You can also test with another network connection if that's possible (mobile data via hotspot for example).

I also recommend taking a look at the steps given in this guide by Sky's help team and to see if they'll make any difference.
