If that's the case then it won't be possible to save content from Spotify offline on your headphones. The offline content is accessible only through the Spotify app. This is done to protect copyrighted content and unauthorized distribution.
However, if you just want to use that device as your output device then you can do that. Just connect the headphones to a mobile phone or laptop (for example) and select it as the speaker from the Spotify app or your device settings.

Hi I have the same Issue I have a swimdevice "Aftershokz" Bluetooth does NOT work under water ! Would be great to have an option to download for personal use only for sure a device !
