play indicator shows that music is playing but it's not

The music is downloaded on the phone hence not using the network. All updates are done. I need to close it and start it back again every 20 minutes or so. I rebooted the phone several times and it's the only app opened on the phone

• When did this start happening?
• The exact makes, models and OS/Firmware versions of all your affected devices
• The exact Spotify Versions you use.
• Screenshots or a video of the behaviour
