share a private playlist

I have a playlist that I only want to be able to share with one person, and have it set as private, but when I give them a link to it, when they try to use the link, it doesn't work.

Could you give the steps under Share a private playlist on this page a try to see if the same thing happens?

Should the issue persist, can you let us know if the person you're trying to invite is seeing any specific error messages when they're trying to follow the playlist? Does the same thing happen if you try inviting them to another private playlist?

Hi, this is an ongoing issue. Private playlists do not show to when shared via link (shared multiple private playlists via link) Errors are:

MAC APP: This playlist is not available. The owner of this playlist has made it private or removed it from spotify
WEB APP: Page not found. We can't seem to find what your looking for

Thanks for getting in touch about this here in the Community. 

Could you let us know when you noticed this for the first time? Was it after a specific event such as an update? We'd also like to know if this only happens on your PC or on other devices as well. 

Also, does this happen when you try sharing a private playlist or when you receive one's link? Sending us some screenshots of what you see on your end would come in handy. You can attach them to your next response by using the Insert image option in the post editor. Make sure not to send any private info.
