why isnt my alexa app linking my spotify account

whenever i try and link my acc it goes to spotify and a check mark pops up for a second and disappears, and spotidy doesnt connect

We'd first recommend making sure that both the Spotify app and the Alexa app are running the latest versions available.

If that doesn't do the trick, can you check if you're able to find Alexa in your apps page? If you do, try revoking the access and link Alexa again to see if that makes any difference.
