Add new episode not working

Hi, I'm trying to add a new episode of my podcast but when I click New Episode it opens the wizard page and then loops back to the dashboard.  It has done this on two different browsers.  Is this a current issue or is there an error in my account?  Thanks

Exact same problem here.

I've just been told that it's an issue with the web-based uploader and it's
being fixed. The mobile app is working fine.
