Can’t see reactions to my comments?

Twice this week I’ve left comments on podcasts, and I got an email for each saying “people are reacting to your comment”. This was news to me - I didn’t know you COULD react to comments. This email includes a link to go to the episode in the app, and I can see my comment - but I can’t see any reactions or replies to ANYONE’s comments, or react/reply to any comments myself. I have a premium account and updated my Spotify app, but no dice. Any idea why I can’t interact with the comment section, apart from leaving a comment?

Same issue for me on the web-based Spotify player. However it does work in the Android mobile app - I can view comment replies and reactions. I'm assuming this feature 'disparity' was the result of poor QA testing.
