Abonnement étudiant

Bonjour, 

Mon statut étudiant a été accepté néanmoins l'abonnement n'est toujours pas fonctionnel et lorsque je souhaite effectuer de nouveau la manip cela m'indique que je bénéficie déjà de l'offre. 
Pouvez-vous me guider face à ce petit problème ?

Let's check if there are other Spotify accounts with your information following these suggestions. You could've added the discount to the wrong account, which is causing this issue.

If you only have one account, try reinstalling the Spotify app to see if it helps.
