Accepted a wrongly sent invite

Hello Spotifyians, 

I managed to mess up my family subscription and join the wrong one, afterwards left immediately. I now can not join the family subscription my girlfriend's in. Can this block be lifted somehow?

Just a quick question to choose in which direction I should send you: Have you been part of another Family subscription aside from the wrong one you immediately unsubscribed? If so, when?

I was in one last year, but due to personal matters and moving to a new place I had to leave it. I then wanted to join another one at my new place with my girlfriend, but the invite was accidentally sent from her sister's account.
