Account Address for Family Plan

i subcribe a family plan recently , i sent invitation link to my family, but receive error message when they register via invitation link.

i think is relate with my account address, i need to know what is my account address so i can let my family know when they register the family plan.

In this moment, it's not possible to check the address you entered when you subscribed to your Premium for Family plan.

No worries, in this case, we suggest you send your family members a new invite and ask them to accept it on an incognito window from a desktop PC, using the current address where you all live.
