Adding existing account holders to Family Plan

I had a Premium plan that I paid for and two family members had the Premium plan paid for by our wireless provider - Rogers - and their plan is ending in a few weeks. I purchased the Family plan today and trying to add them. We don't want to start over again with their accounts and libraries for obvious reasons. The Invitations don't seem to work what do we do.

Hi Dewey1

To increase the number of subaccounts in your plan, go to your account page.

Click Manage.

Click Add Member.

Select the new family plan size that you’d like to upgrade to.
Note: You should see the new billing date and monthly price for the family plan size that you select, underneath.

Click Add Member.
