All my family members are kick off my account - why?

Hi there,

merry christmas everyone.

My question: I am the Premium Member and I have connected my family members (4 more people) with the Family Account last year. Now, they are all kicked and the new invitiations seem to make a problem (it all ends with error messages). So my questions:

No one ever changed his address in the last 12 months. How is Spotify verifying the adress? And why does it look like the invitations are processing into an error message? We checked the adress, but it was correct. Is there an official email account I can mail to ?

My kids are very angry, and so am I.

Apologies to hear about this! Spotify does do checks on Family Plans to ensure they are not being misused as part of the terms of the Family Plan.
