Audiobooks locked though i'm plan manager of a family plan paying monthly

I created a family plan of which I am the plan manager and browsed the audio books as keen to use this feature however every titled showed locked and required me to purchase the title in order to listen. I have checked this on my android mobile device which is the primary device I use.
I pay monthly for the subscription directly from my bank account. Is there a solution for this please?

Please keep in mind that Audiobooks are only available in the U.S., U.K., Australia, Canada, Ireland, and New Zealand. If you're in one of these markets and you're the manager of a family plan, you have access to 15 hours of audiobook listening time per month. If you've already reached this limit, you will need to wait until next month to get more listening time. 

If you haven't reached that limit and you're still having issues, could you give it a try on a different device and ensure that you're logging into the manager account? Let me know if you continue having issues and please send over the following details:

• Device and operating system (e.g. MacBook Air, 10.10 OSX)
• Spotify app version
• Any screenshots/screen recordings that help explain or illustrate the issue

Spotify, I have a premium family plan and am the plan manager. There's a book I want to listen to, and I have listened to 9 hours out of my 15 for the month, but it's showing as locked in app. When I log in on desktop, it's asking me to purchase the book. I understood that the books were included with the plan. What am I missing? TIA 🙏
