I recently got kicked out of my family account as I put the wrong postal code when I was in a rush to verify it. I used the same link to verify it and entered the correct postal code but it was too late and I got kicked out of my family account. I can no longer access me spotify account as I study abroad and I wasnt in my home country for longer than 14 days which for non premium account holders, blocks you from using the account. Does anyone know if there is any way I can re-join the family account but with the original account? I have a lot of music on there and would hate to re-start. Or, does anyone know how to transfer everything from an old account to a new account? Please help me out im desperate!

My wife just got kicked out of our family premium plan. Last week she received an email and confirmed our address, but still got kicked out.

 

Now what to do to solve this? Create another email? Jocking right?

I'm suffering from the same issue.

 

My brother bought a Spotify Family plan a year ago and recently (a few days ago) it suddenly asked for ZIP code verification... and guess what, I was kicked out.

 

He's currently out of the country a lot and flying around but he still lives in our place - I wonder if you have to be a non-travelling monk in Spotify's assumption that's bound to a single IP and ISP. x_X

 

I just wrote the support, hoping they will resolve it soon;

maybe I should reconsider Apple Music after all.

What's the error she's receiving when accept the invitation? She can also try to accept through an incognito window.

 

Sometimes, the system needs to made a second verification. To do so, please reach Spotify Support by clicking in here.

 

Make sure to add your wife's email address on your message. Then, one advisor will kindly assist you to make the verification.
