CANNOT SUBSCRIBE TO FAMILY PLAN

 

Hello, i'm trying to upgrade my free account to the premium for family subscription.

 

but everytime i enter my credit card information and everything, it keep on saying payment failed. try again, or use a different payment method. but there's only one payment method which is credit card.

 

so i tried checking every options there is in the get help page.

 

1. i've called my bank company and they said there is no problem with my card.

 

1. i've checked my country, and it did say where i live which is MALAYSIA. the same with my payment method.

 

2. my card isn't expired or cancelled.

 

3. i'm sure that i've entered all the correct details. because i checked multiple times.

 

4. i've called my bank company and they said there is no problem with my card. my card also has been enabled for foreign purchases, and online and recurring transactions.

 

5. i have also waited a few days and try subcribing again. but still doesnt work

 

i hope SPOTIFY can help me and fix this problem a.s.a.p.

We'd recommend trying from an incognito window. Also, try clearing your browser's cache/cookies and refreshing. Does that help? Let us know how it goes.
