Can't access Spotify Kids - Account not available in this country (UK)

My Question or Issue

I'm having the same problem as a lot of people - I've read the threads here that say its fixed and its not for me.

I am trying to setup my childs account on Spotify Kids as a downgrade from the normal spotify to manage the video podcast content. When we try and login on his or my device we are told that Kids in not available in our country. I have checked the account and credit card and both are registered in the UK. Arrgghhhh!!!!

Thanks for creating this thread in the forum! We hope you don't mind that we've moved it to the Premium Family section as it better fits here.

It's great that you've already looked at other threads, as well as that you've made sure the country and payment card match. Because you mentioned a downgrade of the plan, could you make sure that your subscription is Premium Family via the Account Page here?

Keep in mind that if you're travelling at the moment, this could cause issues with logging in to the Kids app. If that's not the case, make sure that there aren't any VPNs enabled on the devices that you've tested on. They could cause different issues with Spotify and we don't recommend using them. 

Lastly if it's possible, try logging in to the Kids app using another network connection on the device(s) (Wi-Fi, mobile data shared via hotspot) and let us know how it goes.

I’m having the same problem in the US, it won’t let me log in.
