Can't be added to Family Account

Hello everyone,

Since there's no helpdesk I can call, I'm going to give this community a try.

My father has the Family Account and has recently added my brother and mother, without any problems, but for some reason I can't be added.

He has to give up an emailadress, which he did, we checked the email, I checked my junk folder, I tried everything, but for some reason the invitation never ends up in my mailbox. My account is linked to my Facebook, but my Facebook account is linked to the same emailadress, so this shouldn't be a problem.. Right??

I hope someone can help, because it's already been a month...
