Can't change spotify country.

I bought premium using a VPN when connected to a UK server.
Spotify is now declining my sisters from joining the family package because the country is not the same. I want to change the country to the correct one but I am not able to change it. Assistance is needed urgently.

Thanks for posting in the Community.

If you and the members are not currently in the UK, you won't be able to invite members to the Family subscription, which are outside of the UK.

To change that cancel your current subscription, let it expire, change your country to the one you're currently in, create a new Family subscription with a local payment method (no VPN) and invite the Family members.
