Can't confirm that I'm living in the same address than my dad

I was abroad when I received a message saying that Spotify couldn't confirm that my Dad and I were living in the same address, saying that I had 1 week to update my address. I couldn't do it and my subscription got cancelled. Now that I'm back in Mexico, I'm trying to get into his plan again but it still says that they can't confirm that we're leaving in the same place. Any idea on what can I do? I can upload a telephone or light recepit.
