Can't connect account to Premium for Family

Can't connect account to Premium for Family

Can somebody help me: Me and my family decided we wanted Spotify premium as a group. I already had a premium account and to look at the options I clicked on the Premium for family option. By doing this however I activated it on my account. Another member of my family however also got a family premium account and now I can't connect my account to hers. I already discontinued my Premium account, but it says this will be done on the 23th of September. Do I have to wait until then to connect my account or is there some option so I can connect mine now?

Thanks for reaching out to us, we'll gladly help you out.

 

To join your family member's Premium for Family plan, you'll need to wait untill the account goes back to Free.

 

If you don't want to wait, the best bet is to contact our Support team via Twitter or Facebook. They'll be able to take a closer look at your account and see what's the best way to go about it.
