Cannot invite family members

Had a single premium account - cancelled my subscription to try the Apple Music family offer - 3 months free - awful app so today using my old account resigned for the Spotify Family Premium and my credit card has been deducted - however when I select premium for family link on left hand side I should see a screen that allows me to invite familyt members - I am not seeing anything - any help aprreciated

Nothing yet. Must be an error. Only way I can see to communicate with
Spotify is Twitter which I don’t use. Let me know please if you resolve.

Just downloaded app onto laptop in Windows and the page to invite family members works on there - looks like we can all get in on xmas day after all - hope this works for others too!

I have exactly the same problem - i upgraded my account and now I want to invite my family members and all I see is a white page 😞

I've the same problem. I do exactly what the help menu said, but I see only the AD of Spotify: TRY THE PREMIUM for FAMILY 'cause it how fantastic... (shhhh )

Same problem for me. Just upgraded and white page and no possibility to invite any body. Can anybody help???
