Cannot skip numbers while having Premium family

Hi I pay for my Spotify Family when i skip numbers it says i dont have premium.

I want help right now because i pay for this kind of functions.

If you've set up the Premium subscription, but it's not reflecting in the app, we suggest logging out and logging back in. You can also try reinstalling Spotify.
