Change plan manager

My son got off family plan but is plan manager and now I have no access to change anything or add other family members

Thanks for reaching out.

If he's the plan manager, he can't just leave the plan and leave it running 🙂 I recommend double-checking with him. He can either leave the plan as it is right now but he'll stay the plan manager or he can cancel and all members of the plan will revert back to the free plan once the subscription ends.
