Cobro doble por cambio de premiun a familiar premium

Desde que me cambie a premium familiar me siguen cobrando premium normal con mi usuario. Estoy pagando $15 dolares y no es un cobro antiguo ni un saldo.

 Necesito que me dejen de cobrar doble

Since the Community's official language is English, we hope you don't mind us replying in English.

 

It sounds like you might have a second account with us that you're getting charged from. To make sure if this is the case, check our support site article on how to locate other accounts.

 

If that doesn't help, we'd suggest looking for the receipts we sent you at the beginning of your subscription. They should include the username your subscription is on. Then you can head here and double-check if it's the same username you're seeing.
