Connect family account

Everytime they try to link to my family plan there's an error but no explanation. What do I have to do????

Thank you for reaching out here in the Community. 

Let us explain a bit more about how Family plan works.  Fist off, you'd need to make sure that you invite your family members from your Family page. Then they'd need to accept the invitation that they'll receive and verify their current address.  You can find out more info about address verification in this support article. 

Tip: We usually advise members to open the invitation link in an incognito window to avoid the possible issues that the data stored in the browser may cause.
 

If they still get an error message, could you please send us a screenshot of it? This way we can get a better understanding and we can investigate this further. Be aware this is a public space, so please don't share any personal info on the screenshot you'll send us.
