My Question or Issue

i was in a family plan with my ex who later became abusive. I left and he removed me from his family plan. 

I moved with family and they tried to add me to theirs but it says you cannot change households or family accounts more than once a year, so what do I do?

because I can’t afford spotify (disabled, no money, he has everything I own) and I obviously can’t reach out to ask him to place me on his family plan.

Thanks for reaching out.

Unfortunately, there's no way around this policy/restriction. You can only switch from one Family plan to another once every 12 months.
