Duo - Impossible to join my son

Hello,

my son from Luxembourg has been paid to this brother a premium duo for him and me living on belgium on the same house...
but i can't join the duo account living on the same house then me...
application said, i don't live on the same contry to him ...

Can you help me.
i try to join by link: web and application.
+ try to house of my luxembourg son.
+ try on private connection

impossible to join ...

did you need the 3 account? normaly luxembourg soon is only relate to paypal account, that no sence to block.

Thanks for coming to the Community.

You'll need to make sure that your account's country setting is set to the same country as his account (Luxembourg). Once that's been set, you should be able to join the Premium Duo plan.
