Hola, buenas noches. Para mí es una pena el tener que presentar una queja y un problema como éste, yo y mi familia contamos con el plan familiar premium pero lo que sucede es que al cumplir el mes, Spotify nos envía un correo electrónico pidiendo que nuestras cuentas sean verificadas, por alguna razón que desconocemos no se verifica la cuenta, informo que todos vivos en la misma residencia, pero parece no importar pues terminan eliminado algunas de las cuentas, solicito su ayuda lo más pronto posible, gracias.

Right now the community is supported in English. I hope you don't mind me replying like this.

 

Sometimes, Spotify can't verify the address provided by your family members if it's not the exact same as the owner used to register.

 

Since you're all living in the same house, I suggest reaching out to our Support team via Twitter or Facebook. They'll be able to check the accounts and see what they can suggest.
