Expected gift care to ADD credit to me account, was unclear that it would activate premium

I redeemed a gift card that I expected to ADD credit to met account, instead it activated premium so I missed out on the 3-Month for 1 euro deal for new premium users. Please activate the deal instead for my account. The account is owned by my grandma, she will probably not interact with this thread, and I wont have access later. Just change it to the 3 Months, I can’t find any other point of contact.

Unfortunately, neither prepaid cards nor Spotify gift cards can be used as a valid payment method for the 0.99 offer.

I asked to have the option to add a credit card and get the 3 months for 1 euro. The gift card mentions "10 euro" and not "1 month premium". I understand that it's in the terms though. 

I asked to "just have ot dealt with" but I understand that a credit card would be required as well as the 1 euro payment. It would be nice to still have this option. When redeemimg the card I made a mistake. 

I gifted 2 cards worth 10 each, but because i didnt use the offer on her account it has actually costed her more (10 euro for the future third month instead of 1 for the full three). She likes spotify, loyal customer but thus far not a premium user. Once again, I hope its possible for her to still use the offer.

Unfortunately, it won't be possible for her to use the offer on her current account because her account is ineligible now. She could create a brand new account and claim the offer using a recurring payment method on that account.
