Familiar address

We had a problem with the payment, we solved it but my account doesn't enter. It says they can't check that we live at the same address but we do!
For my sister is everything ok but she sent me a lot of invitations and none worked. What we should do? We already checked our data and it's the same address for both

No seu caso eu sugiro que entre em contato com a equipe do Spotify diretamente pelo Facebook. Manda um inbox pra eles informando os endereços de e-mail cadastrados nas contas e o do Administrador, que eles te respondem em poucos minutos!
