Family-Abo funktioniert bei mir nicht

Liebe alle,

 

Mein Family-Abo funktioniert aus irgend einem Grund (obwohl ich mich einloggen kann) bei mir nicht, bei meinen zwei Mitbewohnenden allerdings schon. Kann mir jemand erklaren, warum?

Hey @fabianmolina-ch,


you should look on the receipt you got sent to your email address. This should say the username with that you subscribed to Spotify premium!
Try to log in with that account.
When you see a 10 digit number log in with Facebook!

Thanks for your answer! Unfortunately this does not work. My roommate also sent me twice another invitation.
