Family Account/ changing country

Family Account/ changing country

Hi!

 

I wanted to setup Family Premium, but everytime I add my wife she gets Error: 600.

I realised that my account is still in UK, whereas hers is in HK.

Both are premium members.

I thus wanted to change my account also to HK, so I change my subscription to a HK card. I am now getting billed in HKD, but the country in my account still says GB.

If I want to upgrade again to family premium it tells me I am getting billed in GBP not HKD.

How can I put both accounts into the same country and successfully setup family premium?

Hey @mofftarkinq,

 

After updating your payment method, you'll have to wait until your next payment date. Your country setting won't update until then 🙂
