Family Invite Not Working

Family Invite Not Working

The invite I've sent to my girlfriend, who lives at the same residence as me, is not working. Would there be any setting existing outside of the spotify app which would limit her from connecting?

when the invitation isn’t working could you please send me a screenshot of the error message you get?

Hi! The same thing is happening to my boyfriend's account. I added him and we live in the same address, but when he clicks the link and fill out the form it has appeared two different errors. I tried to cancel the first invitation and then re-send a new one but it still ends in the same problem. 1. "You cannot enter this Family Premium Account. Need help?" and 2. "It was not possible to enter in this Family Premium Account.". What can I do?

Hey @harveyisadora,

have you tried to use an incognito tab, clear the cookies of your browser and use another browser or device?

When this doesn't work, you should try to use another internet connection (e.g. cellular data instead of WiFi).

Hi! Thanks for the tip! Unfortunetly, still doesn't work! The same "You cannot enter in this Family Account" continues to appear. I'm not sure what to do, once it doesn't even have any phone number or direct support mail with Spotify. Do you have any idea of what could be the problem?

have you tried to resend the invitation and then accept the new one from an incognito tab and/ or another internet connection?
