Family Members Can't Accept Invitations

I'm currently paying for the family subscription and have sent the invite to my brother, sister and partner who all live with me. My brother had no issue joining and at first my partner and sister had no problem. Then all of a sudden they were kicked out of the plan? 

I don't want to paying more for the service if all of us can't use it. Can someone please help me with this problem?

Your family members got kicked out, because they forgot to click on a link that said to confirm location. It might have landed in their spam folder. 

To solve this, you should try contacting SpotifyCares through either of these:

• Through this link.
• Through Facebook: SpotifyCares
• Or lastly through Twitter @SpotifyCares

Tell them what's going on and your username and they'll solve it! 🙂

They clicked that link and verified the address. Could it be case sensitive? i.e If I have 'Street' and they write 'ST' ?

Sounds about right. It's actually not supposed to be case sensitive, but it's possible that something didn't go right. As said, if they got kicked and they live at the same address, I'd suggest you contact SpotifyCares.
