Hi People, we are from Brazil and we are spending some time in US , i don't know why my spotify changed my profile to US, so my profile is in US now and my wife's still in Brazil, so because of that i'm not more member of the family plan... just because the app updated my address, but we are married, share the same plan and now I can't use, what can I do ? Already try to put back Brazil, but the option doesn't appear for me.

Thanks for reaching out to us.

 

The app doesn't automatically updates the account's country, so let's check if you have other Spotify accounts you could be using.

 

You can also ask your wife to log in to her account page, and head to Premium for Family. She'll be able to see if your account is still linked to the plan.

 

If you didn't join the plan while you were in Brazil, you'll need to wait until you're back to update your account's country and join the plan.
