Family Plan Reset

Family Plan Reset

We only have 3 people on our family plan. And I am the primary.  Its just my wife myself and her sister who live with us on the account.   We have had the family plan for 3 months now with no issues then this month.   The billing day everything reset.  When I logged in I had to redownload my music and basically reactivate and it kicked both of them off.   But still kept the family plan?   Why is this?

We'd suggest you click here and check the receipts. If you can't find any receipts, you might have logged into another account. You can give these steps a go to make sure you don't have a secondary account.

 

If you can find receipts, it could be that the last payment was not successful. In this case it's a good idea to check these steps.
