Family Plan and Payment

Hi,

Invited my husband for the family plan, had to invite 3 of his emails, nothing was working, finally got him on the family plan and it is now saying that his premium has expired!!

Tried to move back to me having my premium and put him on a premium and when tried that Spotify said that the card is from a country where Spotify hasnt launched yet: which is not true because it is EXACTLY the same card as I have on my subscription and the country is IRELAND!!!

How can I solve this?? this is extremely frustrating!!

Thanks for getting in touch with us.

 

Let's make sure your husband doesn't have multiple Spotify accounts that could be causing this issue. To do so, just ask him to follow this troubleshooting.

 

If he doesn't have other Spotify accounts that could be linked to your Family plan, he can update the account's country and join your plan with a new invitation.
