Family Plan not working for other family members

Family Plan not working for other family members

I upgraded my account to premium. It's working fine for me.


Then I upgraded to family plan - but my wife can't upgrade. Seems Spotify does not recognize her address as being the same as mine - simply because THERE IS NO ADDRESS, not even zipcode, when connecting through Facebook. 

I have no idea on how to solve this and the Spotify Help topics don't offer any solution. It's incredible how such a stupid bug was not solved to date.

In this case I suggest you get in touch with the Spotify Cares staff - They'll be happy to help you further with this.


There are a few ways to contact them. One is filling out the online contact form.


Another great way is to reach Spotify via Twitter - just send them a Direct Message @SpotifyCares.


You can also use the Facebook support. Shoot them a message here: Spotify Cares.


When you message them, inform all the e-mail addresses on the plan.
