My Question or Issue

Question. I am about to take my Dad off my Family Plan. He currently has playlists etc. If he leaves the Family account and goes with his own Premium account, will he lose his music/playlists etc? 

 

How does he make this change go smoothly?

Hello @Earthmusic13!

 

Hope you're doing well! I'll try to clear thing up a bit 🙂

 

When you delete someone from your Premium for Family, they can still access their account. However, they'll have the Free version, if they want to use the Premium features again they'll have to get a Premium subscription here.

You can manage your Premium for family plan in your Spotify account page.
