Family Premium: Passcode for the invited users?

Family Premium: Passcode for the invited users?

I've upgraded from Premium to Premium Family today. After i've send the invitations to my family, nobody got a code. If you press the button accept invitation, there appears just the email address but no code. Can someone tell me what to do? Thanks

Welcome to the Spotify Community.

 

Could you try clearing your browser's cache/cookies and sending a new invitation to your family members? Also, using an incognito window or a different browser/device could worth a shot.

 

Let us know how if this helps. 

Tried deleting cookies and browser cache - no change. When I try to accept the invitation I'm sent to a login page, but there is no way to log in except as the primary account holder.
